Like it or not, Watson which is made up of 2880 POWER7 cores, 16 Terabytes of memory, and 4 Terabytes of clustered storage has won $1,000,000 at Jeopardy (a popular US trivia gameshow) with a beautiful score of $77,147. Its human opponents Ken Jennings scored $24,000 and Brad Rutter scored $21,600. Watson will be giving all his $1,000,000 winnings to charity.
