Samsung to offer Tegra 2 Galaxy S II?

It seems that Galaxy S II, i9100 which based on Exynos will have a twin brother i9103 which is based on Tegra 2.

This might turn out to be true when Samsung's own spec sheet for Galaxy S II stated that Exynos might not applicable in some regions. Most likely Samsung will rely on Tegra 2 for its non-critical market as Samsung own processor production might not reached sufficient volumes yet.
